ABOUT

GRC (Thailand) registered in Thailand since the beginning of 2007 after the approval of BOI as a foreign invested company which GRC Asia is the major shareholder. The company is own mainly by Australian with other Thai partners.


Although the company is new, the major shareholder Mr. Max Lam have been in the GRC business for several years. First assisting Australian GRC Dispensing Equipment in marketing their dispensing units and shear mixer to the Asian market and also involve in the technical support for Turn-Key GRC system.


After working closely with several add-mix suppliers and AR Glass suppliers, Mr. Lam decided to set up GRC (Thailand) in Chon Buri province due to its closeness to the sea port.


GRC (Thailand) follow closely on the quality control system recommended by Precast Concrete Institute (PCI) of the USA and Glass Reinforced Concrete Association (GRCA) of UK. Its aim is to supply the local market with quality and economical GRC products with high precision and consistence quality following all the ASTM and BS-EN code and standard.


GRC (Thailand) work closely with different universities to provide training and training material to educate and improve the understanding of GRC. We cooperate with Prof. Dr. Chuchai Sujivorakul of King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi regularly to carry out in depth research and test with various material and method of improving GRC properties as well as to establish a thorough understanding of GRC properties under Thailand climatic conditions.  And in the assisting of establishing a minimum code of practice and conducting long term research and test on GRC in local climatic conditions.


GRC (Thailand) constantly aware of hers responsibility towards the environment. And have been working at all time to reduce the carbon emission and make the product not only last longer, but to make it a safer product. Our in-house research team will also regularly improve the quality and strength of our range of products to ensure durability. Other area of research including the use of faux marble, dye etc. to make concrete more attractive.
